Day Sixty

Another late night post. I spent all day helping my dad with the photography for his golf tournament. My job was pretty much to be chauffeured around the golf course and take pictures of the players. My dad’s team won and his boys players came in first and second while his female student came in second by one stroke. That’s not really a surprise though considering his students always do really well.

My dad and I had a really deep talk on the hour car ride back to Eugene, and surprisingly enough it went much more easily than I thought it would. I've always been a bit worried talking to my dad about serious things, but ever since I've been in college and out on my own, he's seen me as more of an adult and it's really refreshing to be able to talk to him as one. It was good to hear that he's proud of me and that he trusts my judgement.

I'm exhausted from today, so tonight's post is going to be short and sweet, but  I'm hoping to write more tomorrow.
