Day Seventy One

Since today is absolutely gorgeous, I’m writing my blog entry today from outside. I missed spring and summer so bad. I missed being able to be outside without a rain jacket, jeans and Ugg boots. I swear I wore my black Uggs 95% of the time this winter. Plus, nothing is worse than being cooped up inside, except maybe being forced to be outside when you should be cooped up inside.

Now that it’s springtime though, I feel like I should be DOING something. This week helped out at two lacrosse practices and it reminded me of how much I loved playing with my team. If I had the time and the money and a car to get there, I’d want to be coaching. If I can’t play, I might as well teach some new girls how. Lacrosse won’t be happening at all for me though because I don’t have time. I’m taking five classes next term along with working and my internship.

I’m pretty sure I’m going to be doing most of my homework/studying outside, especially since there’s internet everywhere on campus (it’s a beautiful thing). The only thing I’ll have to worry about is my laptop dying. There’s no way I’m going to be wasting the sunshine by staying indoors. I’m going to have such a nice tan by the time summer starts :)

Speaking of summer, it’s almost a definite that I’m going to San Diego at the end of finals week to watch Sam graduate from AIT. He’s been working so hard and I think it’d be cool for me to be there when he finally graduates. Everything is still up in the air, but there’s a chance we might be going to the Army Ball and I’m not too sure of my feelings on it. We’ll see, it could be fun. After that he has 14 to 20 days at home before he has to leave again, so I’m trying to think of something fun to do just the two of us.

I’m also debating on whether or not I should stick to the theme still, or whether I should just blog everyday about anything I want to. I can tell I’ve been slowly drifting away from it lately and I’m not sure if I like it or not.

By the way guys, I can see how many views I’m getting but there are never any new comments. I want to know what things you like or want to see more of so leave me a few comments or even send me a Facebook message or a text or something to let me know what you think. Thanks all for reading and sticking with me this far.

  1. * San Antonio. I'd be going to San Antonio. San Diego is where I want to vacation. Too many "Sans."
