The reason I didn't post last night is because I was waiting for a surprise to happen and I didn't want to give it away here. The reason I'm not posting until now is because I just woke up.
My roommate didn't think her Marine was coming home at all before he was shipped off to Japan and needless to say she was upset about it. He called me a few days ago though to tell me he was coming home for three weeks and wanted to surprise her by showing up at our dorm. I think by the time he showed up, everyone knew but her. Two other girls and I organized a girl's movie night to make sure stayed awake and in the dorms until he got there. It was too cute. He showed up in his dress blues and knocked on the door and when she opened the door (which took some convincing since she knew I had my keys), she was totally shocked. So worth keeping his visit a secret for a few days.
