Day Eighty Three

WHY DID I TAKE JAPANESE?! Probably because I didn't realize how difficult/frustrating/infuriating it was going be when i signed up. It would've been a million times easier to just pretend I didn't know any Spanish and sign up for Spanish 101. I still could. Except I'm already way too invested in Japanese to give up now. After this term I'll be halfway done with my language requirement, which will be cool. Must. Not. Give. Up. This is the first time I've actually felt completely overwhelmed by school. Maybe taking 5 classes (20 credits) wasn't the brightest idea.

I'm seriously considering getting a cat when I move into my apartment next year (yes, mom, I'm serious). I really want to give a shelter cat a home and it'd be nice to have a little buddy to keep me company, especially since I'll have my room to myself. I would love the crap out of that kitty.

I have to make sure I get a kitty that would be okay with dogs because the first thing I want to do when I move into an actual home is adopt a German Shepard puppy. I have a few potential names picked out already, with Frodo as the front runner. It might not be all up to me, depending on if Sam and I still together, but I don't think he'd veto that name anyway. Why a German Sheppard you ask?
