Day 251

Today is Sam and I's one year anniversary :D this has definitely been one of the most challenging years of my life is every aspect but it's also been one of the best. A year and a day ago I never would have imagined my life being the same as it is now. I'm engaged to my best friend, have a lot of new, awesome friends, a great job and I'm handling living on my own pretty well. 

Tomorrow I'm not only starting a new year in my relationship, I'm starting a new year of school. I definitely have a better handle on both than I did a year ago. Sam and I have figured out how to make the distance work and still stay close. It's much harder than it was at the beginning because we've gotten a taste of being a couple and it's tough not to have that all the time. There's a lot more to miss. School has definitely become the main distraction and I think I have the time management down. Or at least I hope I do. It's going to be very different this year because I have such a great group of people to hang out with and that's something I was kind of missing last year.

Anyways, first day of classes tomorrow... Gotta get some rest!
